I have done 4 Master Cleanses, 20 plus liver flushes and over a hundred days of 100% raw so far... I am still learning what works best for me and how to accomplish it. I have tried many things and come full circle back to the thinking that worked the best - Alissa Cohen's approach of just going raw and allowing the body and food to lead and heal. With the knowledge of Viktoria Boutenko and cooked food addiction supporting the transition.
